Favorite images from Grass River canoe trip in northern Manitoba
I just returned from a six-day canoe trip on the Grass River in northern Manitoba, Canada. I was one of 18 participants in eight canoes exploring a new route for Wilderness Inquiry of Minneapolis, MN. We covered almost 100 miles of the river, and after the first portage, we didn't see another person until six days later when we finished our trip in Wabowden. Spectacular falls, drinkable river water, and campsites that made up for any failing in conveniences with wonderful scenery. I specifically was photographing the adventure for Wilderness Inquiry. There are a lot of favorite images, but here are just a few of the best.
